Recipe
Homemade burgers from the barbecue are always a hit. Make hearty burgers, grill them over a hot flame, then top them with whatever you like on your burger.

Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper and any other seasonings for as short a time as possible. Shape the burgers without pressing the meat down too firmly. Make sure to distribute everything evenly and take your time doing this, as this is where the flavour develops.
Light the barbecue with the XCelsius BBQ lighter and create a hot direct zone. Time to get the BBQ going. Give it a bit of time to stabilise before you carry on.
Grill the burgers over direct heat until they have a nice crust. Turn them over once. Keep an eye on them and only turn them when necessary, so that they brown nicely.
If you like, place some cheese on the burgers and close the lid briefly so that the cheese melts. Arrange everything neatly on the grill and then let the BBQ do its job.
Toast the rolls briefly and get all the toppings ready. Keep an eye on them and turn them only when necessary, so that they brown nicely.
Assemble the burgers and serve straight away. Get everything ready and serve immediately, as this is when they taste best straight off the barbecue.
Time to sit down to dinner. Serve up the dish, grab a cold drink to go with it, and enjoy – from all of us at XCelsius.
