Warranty
A legal warranty applies to XCelsius products. This means that you are entitled to a product that does what you can expect under normal use. Furthermore, XCelsius products come with an additional 2-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects, calculated from the date of purchase. This additional warranty never limits your legal rights as a consumer.
Product registration
Use the form below to register your XCelsius product. In this way, we record your product details, purchase date, bol.com order number and proof of purchase clearly. This helps us to support you faster with product questions, manuals, user information and possible service reports.
Product registration is not mandatory to exercise your legal rights as a consumer. Even without registration, you retain your legal warranty. Do you have a defective product or would like to submit a warranty claim? Then you must always report this via your bol.com account with the relevant order.
Purchase via bol.com
XCelsius products are sold through bol.com. Brand Heroes is the seller of XCelsius products through its own partner account on bol.com.
Because the purchase is made through bol.com, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, defect reports and warranty requests are handled through bol.com. In case of a broken item, you can go to the respective order in your bol.com account and follow the steps for service, return or repair.
What is covered?
- Manufacturing defects and material defects arising from normal use of the product.
- Faults or defects not caused by misuse, external damage, normal wear or own modifications.
- Repair, replacement or other appropriate solution if assessment shows that the problem is covered by the warranty.
What is not covered?
- Damage due to improper use, negligence, insufficient maintenance or use contrary to the manual.
- Normal wear, scratches, dents, discolouration or other cosmetic damage not affecting normal use.
- Damage due to falls, bumps, spills, moisture, heat, frost, misconnection or other external factors for which the product is not intended.
- Damage due to own repairs, modifications or dismantling by persons not authorised to do so.
What to do in case of a breakdown?
- First check your product's manual or quickstart. Sometimes it already tells you how to solve the problem.
- Always report a defective product or warranty request via your bol.com account with the relevant order.
- Keep your proof of purchase or invoice from your bol.com account. This may be necessary to verify the purchase date and order.
- Please include with your report a clear description of the problem and, if possible, photos or videos of the defect.
