Please read the full instructions for the cooler bag. Use this quick start guide as a brief overview alongside the manual. If in doubt, always follow the manual.
Keep this manual for future reference. Do not use the product if any warning or instruction is unclear.
Place the ice packs in the freezer at least 6 to 12 hours before use. Do not use the ice packs until they are fully frozen.
For the best cooling performance, place the cooling packs in the rucksack together with the pre-chilled contents.
Place pre-chilled food and drinks in the insulated cooler bag. This way, the bag won’t have to draw as much heat from the contents.
The cooler bag is designed to keep its contents cool. It is not intended to quickly cool down warm items.
Place the frozen ice packs in the bag along with the contents. Arrange the ice packs so that the cold is distributed evenly throughout the bag.
Do not damage the cooling elements, and do not open or pierce them.
Close the zip completely. Keep the bag open for as short a time as possible when taking something out or putting something in.
The less often the bag is opened, the longer its contents will stay cool.
When using the cooler bag, keep it out of direct sunlight as much as possible. Do not place the bag next to heat sources.
A cool place helps to maintain cooling performance for longer.
Do not let children climb into the cooler bag or play with it. Only use the bag for its intended purpose.
Do not allow children to climb into the cooler bag to avoid the risk of suffocation.
Check that the cooling elements are still intact. Dispose of any damaged cooling elements in accordance with local regulations.
The contents of the cooling packs are not suitable for consumption. In the event of contact with the cooling gel, rinse thoroughly with water immediately.
Clean the cooling backpack with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh cleaning products.
The cooler bag is not suitable for the washing machine.
Allow the bag to dry thoroughly before storing it. Store the bag open or flat in a dry place.
Don’t store the bag whilst it’s damp. This will prevent unpleasant odours and damp patches.
